The Provins brie galette was excellent. However, with only one person in the dining room to manage all the tables, the quality of service has taken a hit. Damage!

Excellent location in the upper town of Provins. Smiling and friendly staff. The crepes are correct without being exceptional. We will deplore the lack of choice and the fact that the steaks and fries are frozen if we let ourselves be tempted by this menu. Also pay attention to the waiting time.

Located on the square in the medieval heart of the city, the location of this creperie is ideal. And this kind of location is often synonymous with tourist traps... here that is not the case! The owner was really great in setting up our place on the terrace on the square so that we could enjoy the sun in the slightly cool weather. An attention that already puts you in a good mood. Then in terms of service it was correct. I really liked my Brie galette, as well as the rose confit crepe and rose ice cream for dessert! The rose cider is also really good. A little disappointment with the pancake itself but it's still a great place to come and eat in Provins if you want pancakes.

Of Breton origin but expatriated to the Paris region, a good creperie always feels good! We ate very well at La Fleur de Sel, the pancakes and crepes were delicious and at very affordable prices. Well done to the chefs :) Thank you and see you soon!

Vous allez certainement me reconnaître...je suis venue manger ce midi dans votre crêperie.. de passage à Provins.. superbe ville au passage. Pardon de vous avoir offensé ce n'était vraiment pas dans mon intention. Je ne compte pas mettre un mauvais commentaire ici.. Je ne suis pas une méchante personne.. j'espère que notre petite altercation vous fera réfléchir. Merci beaucoup de m'avoir offert le repas. Pour la peine, je vous mets la note maximale. Great place at affordable price. The steak was huge and delicious. Love their homemade fries and crêpes. Really recommend coco and chocolate ice cream

17/02/2024: Update: Noticeable improvement in bread and pastries. on the other hand, sandwich bread in small quantities. Undersized sandwiches. The direction of the queue inside is neither ergonomic nor intuitive. Damage.
