A restaurant that deserves to be better known :) Everything was truly excellent! A huge favorite from the amuse-bouche to the dessert! A real plus was the quality of the furniture and the intimate, comfortable atmosphere of the restaurant. Can't wait to come back!

Restaurant La Fleur de Sel in Cevins, now run by Alpine chef Josselin Jeanblanc and his wife: Beautiful flavors, excellent balance on the plates, and truly generous portions. Every bite is a delight. Special mention to the pleasant and discreet waitress, who contributes to the overall experience. And a special mention for the chef's rum, simply delicious! An address to remember and recommend.

A family stopover, on holiday in the region (couple and three children), for lunch...first of all, the welcome: a very smiling, communicative, and attentive waitress, truly appreciated these days! The chef also took the time to greet us and chat with us in a friendly manner...The place: a beautiful, warm, and cozy establishment with lovely tables...and finally, the food: simply delicious and refined, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end...not a single flaw in any of the choices...in my humble opinion, easily worthy of a Michelin star! All this at very reasonable prices considering the quality of service and cuisine...congratulations to the chef and his team, and thank you for this culinary experience.
