My last visit in May 2025 was disappointing.
What a difference with the new chef-owner! A short menu with excellent choices.
From aperitif to dessert, every dish is meticulously prepared.
Delicate flavors, precise cooking (e.g., the monkfish cooked to a perfect pearly white). My best meal in the region in a long time. Pleasant and prompt service. Just one small criticism: the owner needs to improve her knowledge of the wine list.

Unbeatable value for money! I drive 40 kilometers to eat here. My new favorite "canteen." Try finding better for 30 euros for lunch: starter/main course/dessert, all homemade, prepared with taste and precision. The menu even included a rabbit terrine...with foie gras. 30 euros! What more could you ask for? Go for it, without hesitation.

An excellent experience from start to finish! A warm welcome, impeccable service, and delicious dishes, carefully prepared with quality ingredients. The setting is pleasant and the atmosphere very friendly. The entire team goes out of their way to make the experience even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return. I highly recommend this restaurant! 👏🍽️

A wonderful experience at Josselin and his wife's La Fleur de Sel, from aperitif to after-dinner drinks, with or without alcohol. A very warm welcome in a lovely and tastefully decorated setting. The menus cater to all tastes, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A great place to remember.

It's a shame because from the moment we arrived, you could tell the staff and chef were stressed. We had lunch but didn't order their set lunch menu, so perhaps that's why the service was slow, but they did make a real effort to get the dishes out faster. The quality of the food wasn't convincing in my opinion, however, I highly recommend their chocolate fondant.
