Very warm welcome, excellent food. I will gladly return.

Very mixed review, the first floor room could use a skylight cleaning, the value for money is very average and the dessert on the "Mother's Day" menu is probably not homemade.

This is a very good place to eat in Dourdan. The food is excellent and the welcome is warm.

I went to this restaurant without any plans. The restaurant was super cute and very clean. Ordered a starter which I saw on a reviewers photo (which was not available on recent menu) - yet the chef prepared it for me on request. The person on the service was very kind as well. About the food, it was excellent. One of the good restaurants I ever wen to. The meat and salmon's quality were to the highest standards. Will come back again :)

La Fleur de Sel is a lovely little restaurant with a soft and refined decor. Thank you to the lady who greeted us; the timing of the courses was perfect despite the restaurant being quite busy, and she demonstrated true professionalism towards everyone. The meal was delicious, and we will gladly return.

I prefer simpler dishes, but the people I took with me were delighted.

We discovered this little restaurant in September 2025 and returned in January 2026. It's a very pleasant place, the food is impeccable, the dishes are beautifully presented, the service is top-notch—everything is perfect. We had takeout lunch for Valentine's Day today, and it was delicious. We will definitely be back.

A lovely little restaurant we frequent, and we're never disappointed. The welcome and service are friendly and warm, we're served quickly, the dishes are beautifully presented and of good quality, and the prices are reasonable. Its only drawback is its small size, so it's best to make a reservation. Ideal after a walk in the forest or a visit to Dourdan and its old castle.
