Lunch on the terrace at La Fleur de Sureau, a pleasant atmosphere in the shade overlooking the magnificent Gambsheim train station. Friendly and attentive service. The menu was perfectly suited to the season, the fish was cooked to perfection, and the dessert was delicious. A good wine pairing for the Château Bonnaguil white. Thank you.

The cooking was perfect, and the dishes, a blend of French cuisine and the subtlety of Asian spices, were a true delight for the taste buds. All served on beautiful tableware. What a magnificent culinary experience I had during lunch at La Fleur de Sureau! Everything was perfect, from the welcome and the service to the dishes, which were a harmonious blend of color, presentation, and flavor... a true delight. You really feel like you're in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Two menus (business and inspiration) are offered for lunch, priced from €19 to €59, but be prepared for a culinary journey of at least an hour! 😀 A wonderful experience.

Wonderful dining experience and a great blend of flavors throughout. The highlight for me was the incredibly tender beef with carrot purée and fermented garlic puree, a combination I had never tried before. An excellent appetizer and a fantastic dessert rounded out a memorable meal.

A first visit to this establishment and a very pleasant discovery. We tried the tasting menu and it was truly excellent. Special mention to the friendly and efficient service. I think the value for money is particularly good.
