Very nice experience. A nice discovery of this restaurant with its intimate and nicely decorated room. The service is truly impeccable 👌 The card makes you want it as soon as you read it…. Very careful presentation, modern cuisine and excellent dishes. I was just a little disappointed by the dessert (panacotta) which was, in my opinion, a little less tasty than the rest of the meal.

We had a great evening. Delicious dishes perfectly balanced both in terms of flavors and appearance. The service was careful and very pleasant. Thank you again for this moment.

A great discovery last night in the heart of Flayosc, at La Fleur de Thym. Tasty and perfectly mastered dishes, in a charming setting, with impeccable service.

Succulent, refined recipes with balanced flavors, from starters to desserts: we can sense the work of a passionate chef who is keen to promote his quality products. A restaurant that competes worthily with certain ex-Michelin-starred restaurants in the surroundings! Plan for a little wait, however, if you go on a Saturday evening.

Address to recommend without hesitation. The cuisine and the blends of flavors are tasty, the dishes are beautifully presented with a variety of vegetables and cooked just right. We will come back

I loved the cuisine, the presentation was surprised by the extra charge for the foie gras and beef! Didn't see it when choosing so don't put it in the menu it cost me 32nd for 2 more! the menus are supposed to be cheaper than a la carte! Not appreciated at all!

This is our second holiday in Flayosc, with our first visit to this restaurant. Delighted to be able to take our dog with us rather than leave him in a strange holiday home. Enjoyed sitting in the cool restaurant, which has a chilled vibe and charming service. We had the house aperitif, yum! Followed this with the fixed price menu. Between us we enjoyed avocado and seafood, foie gras, veal, beef medallions and red fruit dessert, plus wine and coffee. Immaculately presented, generous portions and delicious. So good we may revisit before heading home.
