La Florentine sur Saint-Gilles

We just left La Florentine, what a lovely surprise!!! The galettes and crêpes are delicious! Generously filled, fluffy, simply divine! Excellent value for money considering the quality! The staff is incredibly welcoming, the decor has been freshly renovated, it's a real pleasure! We felt welcome and well taken care of. Thank you for this meal and welcome to Saint-Gilles!

We've been regulars at this crêperie for many years. There's been a change of ownership, and we haven't been disappointed. The welcome is warm and the place is very clean. The galettes and crêpes are delicious and generous.

The galettes were very good and well-filled, homemade food with fresh products, and excellent value for money! We will gladly return.

Discovered this establishment during a meal with colleagues. A simple yet high-quality offering. I found the galette very good. The caramel on the crepe was excellent; you can tell it's homemade.

We were disappointed by our visit to the crêperie in Saint-Gilles. First of all, there's no children's menu, which makes a family meal difficult. We chose the €14.50 lunch menu (savory buckwheat crepe + sweet crepe + bowl of cider or lemonade/syrup + coffee), but the selection of savory crepes is very limited, and it's impossible to add simple extras like chicken. For the children, the syrup was practically tasteless, and a diabolo (a type of lemonade) was refused, which added to the disappointment. As for the food: • The savory crepes are good, but with very little filling. • The sweet crepes are good, and the dessert was fine. It's a shame, because the quality of the batter is there, but the value for money isn't. (Salmon savory crepe €19.50!!!) The overall experience was disappointing.

The service wasn't very organized, the galettes and crepes were good, but the dessert crepes at €12.50 are outrageously expensive.

New owners, new decor, new menu. A warm and friendly welcome. Very good galettes and crêpes made with fresh, local ingredients, which is truly appreciated. (Fresh mushrooms, authentic Guemène andouille sausage, St. Gilles honey, etc.) I recommend and encourage you for those beginnings, which are never easy when taking over a business. Looking forward to it.
