This Sunday lunchtime, November 2, 2025, we ate simple brasserie dishes: onglet steak andouille, tartare, all very good and with a variety of side dishes: homemade vegetables, mashed potatoes and excellent homemade fries.

Barbizon France, Cafe Royal is the place to go :). It's local. The owners are friendly and the food is good. Great atmosphere! I'm an American and I love this place. When my friends come in town, I bring them here. It's. Your quintessential French Cafe and you can chill out and check out Barbizon. it's cool :)

It was wonderful, truly the service, the food, the setting. We 100% recommend. The chocolate mousse and the burger, go for it with your eyes closed!!! The server was incredibly kind, and the food is homemade!!! Thank you so much for this experience!

11/11/2025: Fabulous restaurant. Very pretty decor and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the scallops, nougat and prune ice cream with Armagnac, beef fillet with Brie sauce, and profiteroles. Lovely round table in the second room. Thank you very much. We will be back.
30/10/2025: Highly recommended! The way a meal should be enjoyed. Original French cuisine, authentically presented in small, cosy establishment. Friendly, efficient service. Will dine here again.

Le Gaulois Sur Le Grill

20/12/2025: A wonderful discovery! A simple yet effective menu where homemade, fresh, and high-quality ingredients are paramount! And what can I say about the wine list, which is even more extensive than the menu itself? 😍 A pure delight! Special mention for the Époisses sauce and the Nano crisps—a guaranteed treat! The service is very efficient and attentive. Thank you to the whole team; we'll definitely be back.
24/11/2025: Absolutely flawless! This restaurant is top-notch; if you're looking for delicious offal, go for it! I personally ordered the leeks vinaigrette and the veal kidneys, and they were both fantastic. Thank you also for the cream puffs as an appetizer and for the pistachio financiers with my coffee. A must-try and highly recommended!
