Excellent restaurant that I highly recommend. We are regulars here. The dishes are beautifully presented, of very good quality, and in generous portions.

Mixed feelings about this restaurant. The menu is unusually classic, something I haven't seen in a long time. The grilled turbot was cooked perfectly, and the lobster pasta was well-prepared. As for the rest: the bread seemed to have come straight from the freezer, and the Grand Marnière soufflé was disappointing as I ate it in two spoonfuls. In the end, it's overpriced for what it is.

Delicious meal, warm welcome, beautiful presentation of the fish, wonderful terrace under the linden trees, the truffle oil mashed potatoes a delight for the taste buds, the Tatin for two is a romantic and delicate dessert. The Spritz cocktail was excellent, the sea bass in a salt crust was a delight. I enthusiastically recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be back. MF.G

We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant so much so we visited twice. The food is impressive. We chose the Sole which was very tasty and delicate. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere too, under the trees in the garden.

Very disappointed with the value for money. It's excessively expensive for basic dishes. €8 for sparkling water... Outrageous! Only the setting of the outdoor courtyard slightly redeems the experience... ----------------------------------- Edit in response to your equally unpleasant feedback: Wrong, I wasn't the person sitting under the tree. A young man who, by the way, is perfectly free to do as he pleases during his lunch break. You shouldn't treat your customers with contempt; it's ugly. 😔 There were two of us, and I think we behaved properly... and the only reason we didn't leave is simply because the aforementioned bottle of sparkling water had just been opened. That being said, one thing I appreciate even less than a mediocre meal is being treated condescendingly. So, since you wanted a more detailed review, I'll elaborate: - Your waitress wasn't smiling and sulked throughout the entire meal. - The service was relatively slow. - The salad (with warm goat cheese) was cooked by the bacon fat and the heat of the mushrooms (who does that?!). My friend didn't finish it... - The "rabbit leg with classic mashed potatoes and vegetables" lacked any particular flavor. At that price, you expect a bit more; otherwise, you might as well go to Flunch. - The tomato tart was dried out, not to mention reheated. - The portions were more suited to a children's menu. - The dessert was good. In short, a €35 menu that was overpriced for the quality. Whether you like it or not. And I'm not even mentioning the exorbitant prices of the rest of the menu, since as you say, it's up to the customer not to come, but €6 extra for a side dish is appalling...

We celebrated a wonderful event at the Lounge of the Restaurant Le Relais de Barbizon. We couldn't be happier with our choice; the evening was exceptional. The quality of the welcome, the service, and the meal was outstanding. Thank you to the entire team.

A small outdoor terrace at the front is pleasant. The atmosphere is calm and natural. When I arrived, given the restaurant's "upscale" image, I expected to be served quickly and elegantly. A first server arrived after a while, followed by a second server. I have no complaints about the servers, as they were pleasant and busy. However, this lacked customer attention. When you pay prices for a supposedly "upscale" establishment, you expect attention. The meal was very good, but the side dishes were rather small. The meat, however, was excellent. I expected my drink to be served, but I had to pour it myself. I'm quite disappointed because I was more satisfied and received better service and a warmer welcome at a competitor's restaurant for half the price. I think a reorganization of the service would ease the burden on the servers and allow for a better quality of customer service.
