We had a good evening last night, even though we lost some money! A minor issue with the blackjack: the dealer, clearly a beginner, misinterpreted a gesture I made when I had no hand and drew a card for the player to my left. Luckily, he drew a good card. However, he then proceeded to publicly berate me for this imaginary gesture, even though the mistake was entirely his. A little lesson in etiquette: in this situation, you respect the customer, admit your mistake, and apologize! I hope he reads this comment because he really needs to reflect on his actions! A word to the wise!

The place is beautiful and we had a very good evening. The dealers were competent and friendly and it wasn't too crowded.

The casino is truly magnificent! However, there's a major problem with the air conditioning, and with the excessive heat this summer, especially last night, it's a real issue. They really need to improve the situation, even though it's not easy in a building like this. The architecture is superb, and the ceilings are simply breathtaking! It would be nice to win a little more often 😊...

Very beautiful, the staff are very pleasant and we received a warm welcome. The only thing that could perhaps be improved is the restrooms, which better reflect the overall theme of the place.
