La Fondue sur Valmeinier

Excellent value for money. Located at the foot of the slopes, the ski rental shop is connected to the hotel's ski room. Perfect for those who don't want to walk in their ski boots. 5 days half-board was perfect. Nice bar and entertainment. Friendly staff. Dinners are decent, nothing special. Breakfasts are very good. The rooms are very nice. I recommend it.

The good points: Ideal location, excellent entertainment team, very attentive waitresses and waiters. The bad points: The evening half-board meal is disappointing; considering the price paid for the week, some dishes should never have left the kitchen. The extra charge for a Savoyard dish is quite incomprehensible. The hotel is too hot; it's stifling. Conversely, the pool in the wellness area is too cold. In short, a mixed review. The half-board meals need improvement, as they really detract from the overall experience and the value for money.
