I don't understand what you all have with "the waitress", she does her job well, leave her alone. I had a great time in this restaurant, I highly recommend the Aveyron burger.

Disappointed. Installed in the passage even though we had reserved and 2 people who arrived later without reservation were better placed. (Change requested and refused) No beef tenderloin. Aligot bland, didn't flow at all (with little tomme? ...). Too bad, we won't come back.

Warm place, the dishes are very well presented, excellent meat, refined dishes and a perfect children's menu! A very nice stopover on the road to Rambouillet. Top quality/price ratio

22/09/2024: We had lunch this afternoon. We really appreciated both the quality and originality of the cuisine and the concept (dominantly plant-based, magnified by foods of animal origin and localism), the service and the setting. Special mention for the dessert around chocolate and the split pea emulsion and also for the originality of the food and non-alcoholic drink pairing (and the duty to guess the composition of the drinks served), something never seen before for us. We will come back with pleasure
12/09/2024: Products that appear simple but are superbly highlighted. Fine cuisine, full of delicacy and taste. Flavors sometimes surprising but to die for. Wine and soft food pairings are appropriate. In short, we had a great time. The service is professional, pleasant but relaxed and friendly at the same time. I'm just waiting for one thing: to be able to go back.

24/07/2024: Carte de spécialités aveyronnais , accueil suite à réservation, professionnelle et temps pour faire son choix. Foie gras de qualité et portion généreuse. Viande goûteuse et accompagnée d'aligot. Dessert : crêpe épaisse et boule de glace. En conclusion : nous recommandons.
08/06/2024: Bon (vraie ms frites maison et viande extra) bien servi et service nickel. Nous gardons l'adresse pour la prochaine fois. Ne manque que des cocktails maison
