La Forge sur Le Subdray

What a magnificent experience! This lovely couple has truly mastered hospitality, and the cuisine is delicate, fragrant, original, and subtle. From one delightful surprise to the next, we were swept away by all the flavors! Bravo to you both, and a big shout-out to the Chef!

This restaurant was recommended to us, and it was a wonderful evening and an excellent meal. The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious. We chose the six-course tasting menu... it was VERY generous! Several surprises were interspersed between courses, with very sophisticated and innovative flavor combinations. The chef was incredibly attentive! I highly recommend it.
