Another Michelin-starred restaurant that truly deserves its place in the red guide. Just 13 km from Bourges, nestled in the countryside in the village of Le Subdray, a peaceful setting awaits. The chef and his partner are delightful. Starter: Turnip carpaccio = exquisite! Main course: Pressed chicken with celery and yellow carrots: slow-cooked to ensure extraordinary tenderness and flavor. Dessert: Vineyard peach, caramelized arlette (a much improved palmier), and verbena bavarois – delicious! The service was very pleasant, professional, and efficient, with no downtime. €25 + drink and coffee = €33, excellent value for money. Charging station in the adjacent parking lot. PS: The original premises are undergoing renovations, but the kitchen and service continue in a temporary location just behind.

A delightful discovery on a Saturday evening in August! The establishment, currently undergoing renovations, remains open. The welcome from the chef and his wife (who run the place single-handedly) is charming and highly professional. Despite a kitchen crammed into a small space, the chef creates a daily menu with refined and original flavors using simple ingredients. We had a truly delicious culinary experience. We ordered three pizzas (two four-cheese and one sobrassada and fennel) to take away before the eclipse. They were absolutely delicious! Everything was homemade, all the ingredients were top quality, and the crust—not traditional, but a bit like brioche and shortcrust—was truly excellent! Well done, we thoroughly enjoyed them! We can't wait to try your menu when the renovations are finished!
