Today we had a pleasant surprise stopping at La Forge restaurant in Bedarieux.
A warm welcome, a beautiful setting, and refined cuisine with a wide selection.
Excellent value for money.
A big thank you to all the young people who run it; we will truly cherish the memory of our visit, will gladly return, and highly recommend it.

I've been a regular at this restaurant, among others, for several years now...
It remains unbeatable in terms of value for money... A charming dining room... refined cuisine, fresh ingredients, and a warm welcome.
I highly recommend it to all lovers of traditional cuisine.

We had wonderful memories of our first visit a few years ago, and this was confirmed once again by today's delicious lunch. Special mention goes to the asparagus soup with its perfectly cooked egg.
The setting was unique and the service efficient.
We hope to have the pleasure of returning in the future!

The food was excellent, quite refined, and beautifully presented. A real plus was the coordinated service when two different menus were ordered; you weren't watching your companion eat. The setting is very pleasant with its magnificent fireplace. Tables are well-spaced.
The only slight drawback was the somewhat rushed service, which could be improved at times. But it was always delivered with a smile. I would gladly return.
