La Fourchette sur Buis-Les-Baronnies

A lovely discovery at lunchtime today, in the Place des Arcades, a welcome respite from the heat and noise. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal, and the welcome was very warm. Definitely worth trying.

Every year during our holidays, we return with immense pleasure on market day. We have never been disappointed by the quality of the food and service. The cuisine is delicious, plentiful, and very refined. We had the opportunity to chat with the chef. What you eat can only be good because she is completely dedicated to her cooking. I can only speak for myself and my meal, but the (carpaccio with prawns, beef tataki, and pavlova to finish) was simply outstanding haute cuisine! I've rarely eaten better than in this restaurant. Harmonious ingredients, cooked to perfection and perfectly balanced. And just the right portion size. Perfect! Add to that a very charming chef and friendly, helpful service from the owner. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair! We'll be back!

The food was excellent and delicious. Eating under the arcades was very pleasant. The staff were attentive and efficient, all with a smile.

Excellent food of the highest quality!

We arrived without a reservation and were warmly welcomed. The tataki was delicious, served with new potatoes and shallot and béarnaise sauces. The profiteroles for dessert and the rhubarb compote were excellent. The price was reasonable, less than €35 per person including a bottle of San Pellegrino and two coffees. We had a great time.

It is always surprising how kitchens give classic dishes a "twist". Very tasty!

What a fantastic restaurant!! Exquisite food!! We ate there twice, once outside under the arcades and once inside. In both cases, we enjoyed it immensely. Highly recommended for anyone who is a lover of modern French cuisine.
