If you are in the area, definitely go eat here, and even if you aren't nearby, it's worth the detour! Had a delicious meal; 31 euros for three courses, which I would have happily paid double! The food is brought to the table with pride and love; you don't just feel it, you especially taste it! People, give this place a bite, you won't regret it, it's truly amazing! Xxx

If we love returning to Buis-les-Baronnies regularly, it's because of this breathtaking region, perfect for exploring and rediscovering by bike, and this bucolic town, which is neither overcrowded nor sleepy, but on the contrary, vibrant and culturally rich. There's the hotel we love, and then, right next door, under the arcades, a restaurant: La Fourchette. It's definitely a big part of our enjoyment! The cuisine is different, refined, and delicious. Vegetarians are also delighted. The service is very friendly and efficient. And then, the owner offers, wow, a very specific aperitif: a perfectly chilled and delectable Pisco (Chilean!). No, La Fourchette definitely plays a part... and so does the very friendly young couple. Thank you so much! We'll be back in Buis-les-Baronnies and we'll definitely book at La Fourchette.
