On arrival the place seemed busy so I expected a delay in being served. I ordered a chorizo pizza which I found was pretty tasteless, I couldnt taste any herbs and the pizza would be best described as a thin crust. Sorry but this was mediocre at best.

We ate there on Wednesday, market day, so it was busy, but despite that, the service was quick and the food was very good (I especially enjoyed the fries). You can stop by with complete confidence.

Really great food and good portions! We had the beef bourguignon, entrecôte, mussels and burgers and all were amazing. Mussels are a really great large portion, and the entrecôte was cooked perfectly and great size. The staff are very lovely, best to go about 7pm as they get busy but highly recommend!

La Fringale has a varied menu. Our food was fabulous. Our server, Louise, was friendly, efficient, and proud of her hometown. In fact, the entire staff was fun, but never intrusive. The atmosphere was homey. We highly recommend this place.

Excellent! The food is very good. We tried the best mussels with fries in the area and an exceptional onion soup. The service is good; they are very friendly and cheerful. Everything is very clean, and the place has a special atmosphere. We loved it!

Le Fournil de St Loup

30/12/2025: Organic bakery in Bayeux High-quality breads and pastries. I highly recommend the raisin and hazelnut bread—it's amazing!!! The flaky brioche is worth the trip. Highly recommended!!!
18/11/2025: I don't know the shop in Bayeux, but I discovered their stall at the Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue market. The person running the stall is very friendly. There's a chance to taste several products: organic flour, local ingredients used to make the products, milk from Saint-Lô, cream from Isigny. The flan is excellent, as are the breads. Every Saturday I try to discover a new product. See you soon! I recommend it. Thank you very much for reading and replying to my comment.
