La Fringale sur Diemeringen

We had two cordon bleu with a Munster cheese sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I can't wait to go back. To try another dish.

We were there in August 2026, 2 couples and 11 children! The owners are fantastic, very attentive. They gave markers and coloring books to the children! It's the first restaurant where we've seen that 😉 The pizzas are very good and the service is fast. We recommend La Fringale! We'll be back 👍🏻

The meat quality was okay, but not exceptional. The vegetables were overcooked and watery, the fries were frozen, and I have my doubts about whether the peppercorn sauce was homemade or not. The owners are nice enough, but that doesn't change the feeling of eating at home. I don't pay more than €25 per person for a main course and a glass of wine to feel like I'm eating at home. Furthermore, there was no privacy, and the noisy customers weren't ideal for a romantic evening for two. Plus, it took an hour for our food, even though the restaurant wasn't full.
