We came for lunch after reading the various reviews. We weren't disappointed. We hadn't booked, but the welcome, service, and meal lived up to the comments. We had a very pleasant time on this snowy day, and we were able to warm up without any pressure to leave the table at the end of our meal. If you want to have a good time, we recommend this restaurant.

The beef bourguignon was good, despite the lack of vegetables. Some of the fries tasted frozen, so I don't know if they're truly homemade as described.

Every time I come to Savoie, I have lunch with friends at La Frite Dorée. We're never disappointed. The establishment and restrooms are very clean. The food is good and plentiful. The service is friendly.

A very nice restaurant with a warm welcome and attentive service, even for our dog. The fries are excellent, but that's not all. The establishment is very clean and has a beautiful decor. We love it and will definitely be back. Highly recommended! 😉

05/12/2024: We came as a group in the evening and were delighted with the welcome and the food! The fondue was divine, a truly comforting winter dish, perfect for the cold weather. The French toast is also a must-try. A lovely place, well located. The staff were pleasant, efficient, and quick. What more could you ask for?

31/01/2026: I went to this restaurant for a special occasion and I wasn't disappointed at all. The setting is very intimate, the service was delightful, the food was sophisticated and delicious, and above all, there was a thoughtful touch that really touched my partner and me. I recommend it 100%.
