La Gaité Léréenne sur Lere

I had heard a lot about this restaurant, and I visited for the first time yesterday, Sunday, July 12th. The welcome was perfect, the menu incredible, and the food incredibly delicious. It's very well located and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend it if you're passing through Léré in the Cher department. Reservations recommended.

A restaurant that deserves 5 stars without hesitation. The staff's kindness, their expert advice, the original and varied menu, and the perfectly chosen wine list! An added bonus: everything is locally sourced (and the partners are listed at the beginning of the menu), what a delight!

We were a group of 30 adults and 5 children gathered to celebrate a birthday. The size of the room was perfect for us. We were able to enjoy the large terrace at the end of the evening, which was very pleasant. The venue is easily accessible; parking is available at the foot of the collegiate church, directly opposite the restaurant. The restaurant building is a beautiful structure that complements the collegiate church. Throughout the planning process, the restaurant owners were very attentive and offered a menu and drinks perfectly suited to the group's needs, which was very much appreciated. On the day of the celebration, the service was discreet yet efficient and friendly. We felt right at home. The birthday cakes were delicious and beautifully presented. The regional products were truly excellent and delicately prepared. I absolutely recommend it, even for a small group. It's worth the trip for the food, the welcome, and the atmosphere.
