Le Gaieté Nalliino is an address that I recommend with my eyes closed. The atmosphere is warm and the staff attentive. I particularly enjoyed the Niçoise salad, a classic revisited with great finesse. The typical Nice setting adds a touch of authenticity to the experience. Flawless!”
A truly perfect restaurant if you want to eat real Nice cuisine. The stew is just incredible! A little extra for Maxime who provides top-notch service!
Having written a short comment with a very small (relevant) remark and this during my presence in the establishment, the boss and his son came to find me not accepting it. So I deleted it. This does not prevent the establishment from being welcoming, but it is a shame not to take into account a simple, innocuous observation.
