La Pecherie sur Rouen

A very generous seafood platter for 5 people, superbly presented, and exceptionally fresh. Oysters, langoustines, crab, whelks, periwinkles, and large pink and grey prawns—a pure delight, all served by very friendly staff. I highly recommend it and we will definitely return.

We ordered a seafood platter for 5 people and were completely satisfied. Excellent, very fresh products. Delicious crab. In short, highly recommended!

When I travel to Normandy, especially to the beautiful Rouen on the banks of the Seine, what I look for is not fancy plates, but the honesty of the ingredients. I always value places that bring the sea's bounty directly and effortlessly to your plate. La Pêcherie is exactly such a place; an honest seafood sanctuary that serves you fresh, directly from the coast, from the local fisherman. The freshness of the oysters, smelling of the sea, the perfectly cooked seasonal fish, and of course, that rich seafood platter, all demonstrate their respect for the quality of the ingredients. Within the city's historic fabric, they offer a delightful seafood experience with a service philosophy that prioritizes freshness and simplicity without ostentation. Combined with a good glass of white wine, it's a wonderful place that brings the bounty of the Normandy coast to your table; a must-visit if you ever find yourself in the area.

There are restaurants where you simply go for dinner… and then there are those that become a part of your life. For over 30 years, La Pêcherie has been one of those places for me. Unforgettable meals, laughter, beautiful tables, dear friends, and above all, memories that time cannot erase. Thank you for all these wonderful years and all these moments shared at your restaurant.

I was counting calories, and an app found this restaurant. The app analyzed a photo of my platter to calculate it. This platter with the langoustines was high in protein and delicious. The setting is pleasant for dinner.

Fantastic lunch at this downtown restaurant with VIP treatment! We had an incredible time this past Friday, August 28th, at a place we used to frequent decades ago! We highly recommend it!

Always a warm welcome and delicious food.

Great place, very friendly and helpful owner. We returned two nights in a row because we had such a great time. The food was divinely cooked. Highly recommended.

A simply extraordinary dinner. The ambience, menu, quality, hospitality, and service all create a feeling of well-being. The host combines rare qualities of warmth and assured professionalism. And the bill is finally reasonable, unlike what we've come to expect in Italy. Bravo!

We had a very pleasant time. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The dishes were excellent, with a seasonal rotation. One of the best restaurants in Rouen!
