La galettière de Soisson offers quality products that allow you to make delicious pancakes with a light and soft texture. In a friendly setting with very polite staff who are attentive to ensuring that everything is perfect during your meal. I highly recommend the galettière for its price-quality level! Bon appetit to those who stop to eat a little pancake next to Soisson Cathedral which is also worth the detour. ✨

Brasserie La Cathédrale

16/12/2024: Restaurant I have been to quite often. But there, the affligem triples in 50 cl at 14€!!!! Where are we going? Totally unjustified. Then, the tartare.... It has always been excellent but on my last visit, it had a pink color as if the beef was mixed with something else and what's more, it was completely tasteless. Sorry for these comments, but I can no longer find my way when I come to you.

08/12/2024: Excellent address for traditional cuisine. A little suspicious at first "traditional restaurant"/"takeaway pizzas" but in the end a very good discovery. Very good cuisine, recommended. 👍
07/12/2024: Returning to the restaurant after the departure of the previous owners two years ago, I am not disappointed, in fact the menu has not changed too much, it is good value for money and the servers are attentive. I recommend 😊
