I dined at this establishment [for a business event] and I would like to thank the staff. Despite the set menu, due to my allergy, the chef and the server spent a long time discussing my dietary needs to adapt my meal, and the chef was able to suggest equally delicious alternatives! Thank you for your professionalism and warm welcome!

A Metz institution that never falters in quality. Impeccable service, a smile ever-present during service. Fresh, quality products. An excellent wine list. We loved this culinary experience. We will return with great pleasure!

Attentive service. The lobster remoulade as a starter was exquisite and quite surprising. For the main course, the John Dory was absolutely fantastic and generous, accompanied by a fabulous morel mushroom purée. And finally, to finish off this excellent meal, a perfect nougat glacé. I highly recommend this establishment in the center of Metz.

20/04/2026: My partner and I have visited this establishment twice already and have had a wonderful time each time. The setting is beautiful, the food excellent and good value for money, and the staff are friendly. We highly recommend this place.
14/04/2026: The dining room was very pleasant, the food was good, but the service from a certain young woman left much to be desired; she seemed almost annoyed to be serving. It's a shame, as it detracted from our overall impression of the restaurant.

10/04/2026: The best brioche, soft and warm. We bought one to try, and a little while later we bought 3 more!
07/04/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The brioche was absolutely delicious – fresh, warm, and super fluffy. 🥐✨ We really loved it! The other sweets, however, were very sweet and not particularly special to our taste. 🍰 Overall, though, it was still a good experience.
