I ate at this restaurant yesterday and the experience was very positive.
For my starter, I had a cauliflower velouté with a perfectly cooked egg: it was excellent, very well seasoned, and perfectly balanced.
For my main course, the steak with fries was also delicious. The rare cooking was perfectly executed; the meat was tender and melted in your mouth. The glass of Côtes du Rhône paired very well with this dish.
To finish, the chocolate fondant was very good, a sure thing.
The setting is pleasant, in a style typical of traditional bistros, with a friendly atmosphere. The welcome was also very warm. A very good place that I recommend.

A decent establishment, comparable to a bouillon, and good value for money.
However, be careful with the bill; twice we ate there was no itemized bill, just the price, so I couldn't verify the prices of the dishes and drinks, which were average. There was some nice background music, which was pleasant for eating. I recommend it.
Unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars for the service. There was no detail on what we ordered, and we couldn't find out the cost of the extra fries and mashed potatoes, which weren't listed on the menu. I don't even know how much the coffee was without any details, making it difficult to calculate the bill. It's a shame, because of that alone. 4 stars for the service.

Very disappointed with my second visit to Bouillon. The staff were very pleasant, but the food needs improvement. The goat cheese was overcooked and dried out on the toast (a thick, hard slice of bread). The fish dish was lukewarm, the vegetables were practically cold, and there was very little sauce. The presentation was passable.
