Very happy with the new manager and the quality of the food… The welcome was excellent, the regional products top-notch. We enjoyed an authentic and typical raclette, a very pleasant time with the family. The staff were fantastic and attentive. I highly recommend trying the regional specialties. You won't be disappointed.

07/03/2026: Every time we've stayed in Albiez for the past three years, we've stopped at Le Constantin for their Savoyard fondue. We're never disappointed; it's always so delicious! And the charcuterie that goes with it is excellent! Thank you for your hospitality! Everyone is delighted, young and old! We can't wait for our next visit!
05/03/2026: Perfect! A warm welcome from both the owner and her two nephews! Delicious fondue, and all for a very reasonable price! One of the few bar-restaurants open every day! I highly recommend it!
