Stays like this always seem too short because the human experience is so high quality. We spent a week of family vacation in this hotel where the team takes great care of its guests. From the first step in the hotel until the last minute, the hotel team and the catering team demonstrated professionalism. The hotel is magnificent, warm, cozy and carefully maintained, the rooms are spacious, well decorated, very functional and very clean. Thank you Alyson and your colleagues, whose first name I did not remember, for this great work. Breakfast is made for all tastes, the choice and quality of the products are there. Thank you Ghislaine for your professionalism and your little touches and your beautiful singing accent which makes you smile early in the morning. In terms of catering, here again we had a great culinary experience. The products are quality, the dishes are delicious and generous, the plates are very beautiful. Thanks to the chef and his assistants (often in the shadows) we had a great time. On the service side, thank you to Léa, Baptiste and the whole team for your dynamism and professionalism… don’t change a thing! Thanks also to Patricia who heads this small team and who is full of energy and gives us some very warm and good times. Thank you to Chloé and your colleague who welcomed us upon our arrival with professionalism, thank you for all your attention, your welcome, your responsiveness and your know-how. Finally, thank you Madame Combépine for this wonderful welcome and this magnificent stay in your establishment. Your team is very professional and it makes you want to come back. We are unanimous on the subject, we enjoyed ourselves on all levels. I hope I haven't forgotten anyone, I haven't remembered all the first names but each member of the hotel and the restaurant was able to make us forget, for a week, the hectic days of everyday life. On se sent comme à la maison. Toute l'équipe a été très accueillante et adorable avec nous. Patou nous a même installés à côté de la cheminée. Nous avons passé un très très bon moment. Merci Laurent et Christelle (j'espère ne pas me tromper dans les prénoms) 😊

Very pleasant hotel, super location! Skilift right in front of the hotel.Very friendly staff, great breakfast. Rooms are not that big but very clean en comfortable. Outside terrace in the sun, fine restaurant with bar. Ski rental around the corner and free busdrive to the village (10 min) every 30 minutes. what more can one wish for a skiing holiday? Superbe nuit passée à la Grande Lanière ! L’accueil est chaleureux et très attentionné : merci beaucoup L’hôtel est propre, décoré avec goût, on s’y sent bien, la vue sur les montagnes est très jolie, la chambre très confortable.
