Open the Larousse at the word “Délice” and you will find the geographical coordinates of the Grange aux Fleurs.
It all starts with a cocktail with sweet notes of blueberries, dama rose (45% sure that the cocktail is called that). Cocktail recommended by our assigned waitress who was the personification of kindness and gentleness.
There are 5 or 6 cocktails on the menu, with classics such as mojitos or spritzes but all revisited with a touch of Cantal! It’s a great success for the bartender who managed to revisit the drinks really well.
We took a menu (starter+main course+dessert+cheese for €35, in terms of value for money it's a steal for the benefit of customers. If I had known that happiness only cost €35, I would would have moved to Sarran a long time ago).
As a starter, tomato gazpacho and basil ice cream (if I'm not mistaken). A real treat, I definitely recommend this starter. I thought a gazpacho would be very classic but ice cream is a game changer. This is the best idea I've seen in a restaurant all summer. I was also able to taste the foie gras which was delicious and the spring rolls which were very good. My favorite being, as you can see, gazpacho and its little surprise 🍧
For the main course, I had the beef tournedos, it was very good. The little polenta madeleines are incredible. I preferred the confit pork meat. I literally didn't need a knife to cut it. I went with the back of my fork. The meat is not melting, it is MELTING. I don't think I've ever eaten such a melt-in-the-mouth one (by repeating it, you've understood that it's truly extraordinary melt-in-the-mouth). And there truffade is excellent. I didn't take it because personally I don't like blue but, good to know, the sauce is put aside in a small container. The dish is so good in itself that I think you can have it without pouring the sauce for those who don't like blue cheese.
You will have understood, not being a big fan of cheese, I kindly offered my plate of cheese to my table. They whispered in my ear that they were very good.
For dessert, saffron crème brûlée. Very very good although I didn't feel the saffron on my side. The almond tart was also very succulent. Yes, I ate at all the racks. At the same time, how can you resist such exquisite cuisine?
Flawless, the cuisine, the service, the overall atmosphere: 5/5. I highly recommend stopping in these places, an open door to happiness.

Very good time spent with family
We wanted to eat local food and we were spoiled by good products. Thank you to the whole team, you are at the top.

Une excellente adresse ! Les plats étaient vraiment succulents. Bon rapport qualité prix. Belle terrasse ombragée avec vue sur les montagnes et un jardin. Le cadre à l’intérieur est tout aussi sympathique. Un sans faute !

Rien à dire on est chez de vrais restaurateurs qui maîtrisent leur art. Pour 36 euros entrée plat dessert fromage on a le bon prix.
Un bémol : l’assiette fromage. Le St nectaire moyen le bleu très salé. Autre bémol mais tous les restaurants le font : on n’attend pas de vous servir le dessert qu’on vous demande si vous voulez un café. Du coup je ne donne pas de pourboire et surtout je ne prends pas de café.
