We ate very well.
Vegan options are available upon request; it's great to be able to find alternatives in Cantal.
Furthermore, the dishes are elegant, refined, and refined; you can tell they've been carefully prepared. Bravo, cook(s)!!
(Cons: It's a shame they didn't mention that the gratin dauphinois is made with buckwheat; it's such a unique flavor that it doesn't appeal to everyone.)
Pleasant service, but the desserts ("just" ice cream) took a long time to arrive, even though we were the only ones seated!
Warm and welcoming decor, both inside and out, a lovely setting where you feel at home!
