The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the welcome and service are top-notch! Absolutely nothing to complain about! It's worth every penny; the portions are generous and incredibly delicious! The welcome and service are excellent! Friendly, always smiling, and attentive to their customers.

An excellent restaurant where the authenticity of the Cantal region is combined with the quality of truly gourmet cuisine, without any fuss.
All this with fresh, local produce, expertly prepared by the chefs, accompanied by impeccable service and a very reasonable price.
A rare find indeed.

Absolutely delicious! The ambiance, service, and food deserve 8 stars. We especially loved the sweetbreads, the truffade, the blueberry mojito, and the perfect egg—but everything was delightful and very generous. Thank you so much :)
