Let yourself be guided by the perfectly crafted "Instinct" menu. A succession of dishes where seasonal produce, culinary expertise, and unexpected twists come together in perfect harmony.
We sometimes forget to acknowledge the remarkable work of the front-of-house staff. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and discretion contribute significantly to the overall experience.
At the Auberge de la Grange aux Loups, you feel at ease and, above all, you eat exceptionally well.

An experience worthy of a 1-Michelin-starred restaurant. Impeccable, friendly, and professional service. We opted for the "Instinct" menu. We had to guess the dishes being served, without any clues. A fun concept to awaken the taste buds, haha! Thank you for the warm welcome and the high quality of service. It was our first time, and it won't be the last. A few photos without clues will accompany this review.
P.S.: The wine list is currently being updated to focus more on biodynamic wines, from what I gathered from the sommelier.

What a pleasant surprise! A lot has changed in the fifteen years since I last went.
The setting is very pleasant. The staff are attentive and smiling, but not overly sweet.
The dishes are sophisticated, refined, original, and very surprising.
I highly recommend it.

We hadn't been there in a while, what a disappointment.
Even though the service and welcome were impeccable, the food isn't what it used to be.
I was advised against the fish tartare today because, of course, I'm pregnant, but then I was served undercooked fish.
€24 extra for two apricot juices with a dash of almond…
We won't be back.
