We don't know this place, it was a pleasant surprise. Indeed, the setting is very pleasant, the cuisine exquisite (fresh, homemade food) and the service very satisfactory. We will return with great pleasure. I recommend.

After a wonderfully positive experience about 5 years ago, this time we made a special reservation here on the way to Paris. The atmosphere was still great, but here too apparently difficulty finding good staff: wrong drinks twice, cote du boef expertly messed up (starters, on the other hand, great!). Very unfortunate!

Lunch this Pentecost Monday, very nice place with parking. The grills are excellent. In good weather the establishment has a beautiful and large terrace. The wines offered with the dishes are well chosen. Just a small downside, we ordered 2 identical dishes, one with fries and the other with mash and had 2 fries...

Chateau D'aubry du Hainaut

04/11/2024: This was a charming setting in an old chateau. It has an actual moat with waterfowl. Our room was huge. It had a proper king size bed and a second room with a futon for our daughter. The bed was comfortable with great views of the garden. The staff was friendly. They had a small but fresh breakfast. We were staying in the off season and I imagine they would have more options when they have more guests. The only thing I did not love is that our room must have been above the kitchen. The part my daughter was staying in particularly smelled like croutons baking.
