We discovered this place during brunch. The buffet is very varied and regularly replenished. The Alsatian specialties are delicious. Considering the price, with unlimited hot drinks and juices, it's a great deal. The tarte flambée was perfectly cooked and generously topped.

I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner at La Grange Du Gloeckelsberg. The onion soup, although not au gratin, was flavorful and comforting, with a wonderful intensity of aromas. The pork cheek salad was tender and delicious, perfectly seasoned. The service was attentive and pleasant, and the setting, with its exposed beams, creates a warm and authentic atmosphere. It's a place where you can enjoy simple but well-prepared dishes in a friendly setting. I highly recommend it!

Excellent restaurant located in Blaesheim. We were impressed by the quality of the food and its originality, without straying too far from classic Alsatian traditions. Homemade dishes, a warm welcome, and impeccable service, all at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

06/04/2026: A superb hotel in a quiet little Alsatian village. From the moment we booked to our arrival, the staff was friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a coffee machine and a large bed – no complaints whatsoever. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which wasn't very reliable. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of quality products (the scrambled eggs were particularly delicious, in my opinion). Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the bar and restaurant, as they were closed the day of our stay (we knew this before we left). There's another restaurant right next door. I highly recommend this hotel.
