A little disappointed this time: not being familiar with "Jargeau andouillette," I was let down (compared to a 5A andouillette). The service was, as always, impeccable. A very pleasant rosé wine: "Origine" by Mathieu Coirier, Fiefs Vendéens Pissotte AOC. A serious lack of air conditioning: a shame, it somewhat spoiled the enjoyment in this magnificent setting.
There was a bit of a wait between courses (probably because the restaurant was packed). No big deal! The staff were very pleasant and the decor was perfect. Everything was delicious and well-presented.
