17/02/2026: We had dinner for Valentine's Day. We were seated upstairs because the downstairs room was full. The room wasn't very welcoming and felt more like a meeting room.
We were disappointed because when we ordered our aperitifs, we had already mentioned wanting wine. We had to wait until our starters to ask again to order the wine because they had forgotten. The waitress couldn't open the bottle and went off to the bar without a word, presumably to open it. She apologized when she came back and put the cork on the bottle, which wasn't ours because it was red wine and we had ordered white.
The dishes were very good but often lacked warmth. According to the waiters, we were given a detailed description of each dish, otherwise they didn't say anything.
What bothered us was that each waiter did everything; it would have been much smoother if they had assigned tables. We were served water twice even though someone had already brought it.
We were also very disappointed because our hot drinks were supposed to include petits fours when we booked, but we didn't receive any at all.
On the other hand, we really enjoyed the musical interlude, which was great, with two people singing. It was a welcome change, as there is absolutely no background music in the restaurant.
One last point that I think is essential: as this is a training restaurant, it's a shame that we can't give our feedback after the meal with a questionnaire or something similar, so that the students can improve.
The meal was very generous and delicious.
11/02/2026: Magnificent place, very warm welcome, the cuisine is exquisite and the quality of the ingredients is excellent, fresh, and the presentation is wow!
