A huge thank you to Sébastien from the Leclerc garden center in Lisieux for his professionalism and great kindness when we picked up a funeral flower order. Discreet, empathetic, and very attentive, he helped us with great sensitivity, even going so far as to carry the bouquets to my car and offer my 92-year-old grandmother a chair while she waited for my order to arrive. The bouquets were magnificent. In these difficult times, this kind of thoughtfulness truly makes a difference. Thank you again.

We use this shop for groceries when we spend our holidays in Brittany because it's on our route.

Hello, I wanted to take a moment to thank your team for the warm welcome and kindness I received during my visit to your Leclerc store in Lisieux on May 15th around 11:30 am. Having presented myself at the priority checkout as a disabled person, I noticed that it was very busy, which caused some annoyance from a few customers when I asked to use the priority service. In this situation, a staff member at the self-checkout, with great kindness and compassion, offered me a solution with the help of a colleague so I could check out more easily. I would particularly like to thank Nathalie, Mélodie, and Élodie for their professionalism, empathy, and kindness. This kind of attention makes a real difference and deserves to be highlighted.
