This bakery offers an absolutely fantastic gluten-free bread! A corn bread unlike any I've ever tasted anywhere else. It's delicious, baked fresh daily, sliced, and holds its shape well (doesn't crumble like some other gluten-free breads). It has a lovely, slightly toasty flavor... in short, I highly recommend it.
