My daughter, whom I visit every year in Castellane, recommended this restaurant. I love good meat, and I was blown away! A beautiful 500g ribeye steak from Piedmont, Italy. I asked for it rare, and it was perfectly cooked and tender. Congratulations to the chefs! My mouth is still watering. It's a shame I live so far away (Saint-Malo, Brittany). Finally, a place that does its job so well! Hats off to you, and keep up the good work! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
