It's always a great pleasure to share your cuisine. The only downside was a table of seven people next to us, one of whom had a loud voice, which somewhat spoiled our relaxing moment.

Having not been for years, I was surprised by the menu. We ordered two set menus at €49 each. The starter, based on corn, crayfish, and pineapple, was so surprising that we thought the dish would be cold. We would have expected it to be hot! Good, but surprising. The fish dish for my wife was fine, but my duck breast... I'm still looking for the pieces; there was barely half a breast on the plate, and unfortunately, it was quite tough. Too small, chef! The dessert, a chocolate orange cigar, saved the meal with its texture, taste, and presentation. Two glasses of champagne, two glasses of Pinot Gris, and a glass of Côtes du Rhône came to €143. The price/quality ratio is a bit excessive. A shame for Valentine's Day.

La Guillaume is already a warm and inviting setting, a sort of chic country style.
Then comes an experience that awakens the senses. The dish arrives, the presentation is impeccable, a visual spectacle... and the second sensation arrives with the very first bite... it's surprising, delicate, and captivating!
And then there's the welcoming staff, attentive without being intrusive, available, and pleasant. You can taste the quality of the ingredients, you can feel the desire to share good food, you can feel the passion, you can feel the desire to ensure a truly wonderful experience.
BRAVO!

The dishes were delicious and fresh, very light on the stomach. And with such high-quality ingredients, that's no surprise! The dishes were worthy of top chefs; hats off to the cook! And thank you to the waitresses for their kindness. I'll be back!

The cuisine is as refined as ever, with superb presentation. However, for a €49 menu, the cutlery could have been changed. We had to ask for a change of red/white wine glasses, and the manager's response was, "I'll see if I have enough left."

Excellent! Just two minor points: the vegetables were only lukewarm, and there could have been a little more sauce with the venison and chicken.
Otherwise, it was fantastic! Exquisite, the presentation was brilliant—a veritable miniature forest.
The desserts were top-notch.
The tasting and presentation were impeccable.
We'll definitely be keeping this address. Bravo!
