A very warm welcome, excellent service, delicious food, and superb presentation of the dishes. I highly recommend this establishment and we will gladly return.

The "pressed potée" starter was a pleasant surprise for us, a real treat! The beef steak and the trout were succulent. A great time spent at La Guillaume; for those who don't know it, this is a place worth discovering.

The setting and cuisine were impeccable. The dishes were refined and beautifully presented. However, the service leaves much to be desired. It's a real shame. The standard of service was not observed: - Water bottles were left unopened on the table, - The wine wasn't poured. We had to serve ourselves. No one checked our progress, - Women are usually served first, but this was not the case at all, - Cutlery wasn't changed between courses. So, when guests start with fish and then move on to meat, you can see where the problem lies. I expected much better considering the price. The service was simply not up to par.

We had a wonderful evening. The cuisine is refined, the dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious. The restaurant is magnificent, the atmosphere very pleasant, and the service impeccable, with attentive and smiling staff. A truly wonderful discovery; we will gladly return. Congratulations to the entire team!

Hello. The restaurant is very nice and the welcome was very pleasant. However, when you advertise half a duck breast, it would be better if the dish contained half a duck breast, not just a slice. This avoids disappointment.

A steak knife for beef would have been a plus.

It's a shame he doesn't know the ingredients in their "abus bouches" (a type of savory pastry). The fish was good. The trompe l'oeil (a type of French pastry) was magnificent and delicious 👍

We loved eating under the veranda with its cozy charm; the dishes were tasty and innovative!
