For me, La Guinguette has clearly reached the level of a true bistro. I've never eaten such delicious fish: perfectly cooked, seasoned just right, with clean, distinct flavors… a truly delightful experience.
The service is equally remarkable: the owner, who works in the dining room, is smiling, attentive, offers helpful advice, and has a genuine passion for what she serves. You can tell she wants her customers to have a wonderful time.
The cuisine, meanwhile, combines generosity and finesse.
Everything is fresh and homemade! The dishes are beautiful, thoughtfully presented, and every bite gives the impression that everything has been prepared with care. The warm and welcoming atmosphere further enhances the pleasure of dining there.
In short: a place well worth a visit, and one you'll want to return to very soon.
What a delightful place. It was almost full on a Wednesday evening, which says it all. Welcoming host, great ambience and delicious food. Our favourite meal after 3 weeks in France.
A crab and tomato gazpacho amuse bouche and delicious petit fours were an extra treat.
