A place conducive to disconnecting on the north bank of the Canal du Midi. Very pleasant welcome, even at the end of the season, revealing the passion of the owners and the good humor of their team. (Very) generous and tasty cuisine. Good wines including a selection from Domaine des Maël, whose cellar is just opposite on the other bank of the canal. A real favorite.

The food was ok. Unfortunately the service was not attentive. They don't seem to like foreign guests. French were preferred.

We've been visiting this area this past week. Every day we've had a different restaurant. We've chosen to visit this place once again because it was a full package: - the food was sublime: from fish to meat - the speed of delivery was on point - the synergy between the personnel was noticeable: it felt like they were a real steady team who got along very well - when they serve your food, they reply your "merci" with an "avec plaizir!", which is infectious. You'll feel an instant stream of happiness, because it felt sincere When we left the place and wanted to go home, our dog did not comply: she refushed to jump into the SUV due to an unpleasant experience earlier that day. After 10 minutes of prompting and encouraging the dog, the chef came outside with a piece of meat. Our dog was amendable for bribes and within a few seconds she jumped into the trunk. This is the place to be. Enjoy!

Personnel immensément sympathique, endroit idyllique et cuisine délicieuse tel que le fameux cassoulet ou la saucisse grillée. On reviendra et on conseille vivement !
