La Guinguette De Bidot sur Fonsorbes

We went there at the end of August as a family. Following a great previous experience, we wanted to repeat our reservation. We were disappointed with the quality of the dishes, to give a simple example the patatas bravas: almost nothing in the bowl and the sauce had changed. Everything was average without forgetting the waiters who forgot two tapas requested. We had to ask again several times. They told us they were understaffed. We understand but the experience was disappointing. We will not come back to eat there because the value for money was not there.

Excellent atmosphere, home-cooked food with sincerity, but the value for money is less good than in a normal restaurant. Downside: the toilets are managed by the town hall and, during our visit, were frankly dirty and without soap for washing hands.

Pleasant time at the water's edge. Quality cuisine at a reasonable price. I highly recommend

I was pleasantly surprised. It was good, the staff was very good, the setting was pleasant. However, the price is above other taverns.

A nice surprise that this place found at the last moment... Picturesque place, country atmosphere, quality cuisine, with very good value for money.. A smiling and friendly team.. Too bad it's only seasonal

Very good food despite very complicated service, in doubt of a bad day 3/5 if not less: waiting, no menu, no more choice, forgotten table, cocktail without ice etc, poorly dosed coffee... Despite everything staff were attentive to the difficulty and responded to a certain extent.

Great place, fresh produce, tasty but a little expensive I think (but like all seasonal, ephemeral places). Top-notch pork cheek with prunes! To do again in any case, a live band would be welcome.
