We discovered the “Chez Jean” tavern quite by chance, and what a pleasure! The place is very nice, and the dishes were very good, but what really made the difference was the service. A big thank you to Maëlys, our waitress, who was remarkably efficient. She perfectly understood our time constraints (we had to take a train) and allowed us to enjoy an excellent meal in just an hour, while remaining smiling and attentive. We would have liked to stay longer to enjoy more of this very welcoming place. An address not to be missed, we will come back without hesitation!

Magnificent setting for dinner. The atmosphere is warm, the restaurant has designed decor adapted to the location. The cuisine is refined and has original local dishes.

A few steps from the Center of the World, you absolutely must take a meal break in this wonderful restaurant. The staff and owner are welcoming and helpful. The service is fast. The fish are excellent...and watched by the cat. A moment of inattention or clumsiness... 😅

Un très joli cadre pour ce restaurant caché dans une petite rue. On y est très bien accueilli, le choix est assez vaste et les prix raisonnables. Bonnes grillades au feu de bois, mais pas que… Un très bon choix à deux pas de la gare.

An exceptional find hidden away not far from the station. Excellent food, great set menu, reasonable prices, super service and a shady courtyard setting. Oh, and a cat called Patrick. Really - what more could you ask for?

07/12/2024: Esta bastante bien, probamos calamares, gambas y bacalao, con vino de la casa, nos gustó mucho todo, el único problema que quizas nosotros por un tema cultural, eso de tener la mesa de al lado a escasos centímetros y escuchar su conversación nos queda un pelin grande....volveriamos pero cuando no necesitemos intimidad para tratar temas "sensibles".....
