La Guinguette du Barrage sur Champagneux

We come every year at the same time, from June to the end of August, and until now, the friendliness of this place has attracted us. This Saturday, the welcome was cold. We asked if we could eat, but there were only platters. We then asked for trays of fries, which until now hadn't been a problem. Then it was no, we don't serve fries with the platters... we asked for a cocktail... and it would be blueberry, and there were no other options. When the person brought us the platter and the accompanying bread, she didn't tell us that it was stale. However, she gently pointed it out to the customers at the next table because she knew them well. The good thing about the evening was the atmosphere, as the two DJs were very professional.

Overwhelmed service, even though reservations were required for the American Car Rally. Lack of organization. We waited over an hour to be served, and even then I had to "bang my fist on the table."

A wonderful evening spent with you, looking forward to coming back.

A small, quiet spot surrounded by nature. No meals served that evening, only aperitif platters. The evening was hosted by a DJ, with a great atmosphere and great music. We'll be back with pleasure.

This address was discovered by chance during a cycling trip along the ViaRhôna with friends. Very friendly welcome and service, pleasant setting, good food at a reasonable price... In short, a great time spent together!
