Hello, I recently ordered a strawberry cake. The customer service was very friendly. However, I was disappointed with the cake in two ways: • the thick layer of granulated sugar on top • the strawberry cream, which tasted primarily like sweetened butter I expected the strawberry cake to be of better quality (a lighter, softer, and fruitier texture).

The sales assistants were very friendly and pleasant, the products were very well presented, and there was a wide selection. As for the wait, I only waited 2 minutes, no more, because the sales assistants are efficient during busy periods.

Their pastries are beautiful, as are their viennoiseries. There's a wide selection of breads, from specialty loaves to sliced ​​and unsliced ​​white bread, and their sandwiches are very fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this bakery. The saleswomen are always smiling, well-groomed, and pleasant to work with.

The welcome and cakes were very good, nothing to complain about.

This is, in my opinion, the best bakery and pastry shop in Alençon.

My wife and I both find the pastries delicious. One day, as we stood before the display case, eyeing some viennoiseries (oh, sublime swirls of warmed butter and tenderly kneaded flour, how delightful you are!), my wife pointed out to me that a small trickle of drool (but sufficiently fueled by saliva to race at prodigious speed to the tip of my chin) was running from my mouth in a heart shape. For I was both amazed and nervous before a slice of Norman apple tart, though my heart ardently desired adultery with an apple turnover I had been eyeing since it came out of the oven. Our dog, Tom, a golden retriever, was showing his little lower canines because he was happy, and he was drooling too. We exchanged a few knowing glances. The agony of waiting was over. Tom was wagging his tail like a feather duster. We left the bakery, took the first right, and eagerly devoured the adorable package, unwrapping it with a few perfectly synchronized, skillful movements. We devoured it, and our dear Tom savored two delicious croissants we had bought especially for him.
