An unusual place, and above all, incredibly delicious food and very generous portions! A real treat thanks to a passionate and engaging owner, if you have the chance to meet him. Mention castles to him: he has some wonderful stories to tell!

A very warm and authentic restaurant, where you can truly discover the flavors of the region. You'll leave with a full stomach after enjoying exceptionally high-quality local products. The portions are generous and the taste is simply incredible! We visited during our vacation and even brought back some products from their farm because we enjoyed them so much. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation. A big thank you also to the waitresses, who provided impeccable service despite the heatwave. ☀️

During our dinner at Relais du Paysan, the heatwave didn't help us appreciate the walnut and chestnut wines and other Périgord specialties that were generously served. Fortunately, on our way out, we were able to buy some local delicacies (to be enjoyed at cooler times of day).
