We had a lovely lunch at the abbey restaurant; the food was delicious and we received a very warm welcome. If you enjoy good, locally sourced food, I highly recommend stopping there during your visit to Cluny.

Excellent restaurant. Very affordable prices for entirely homemade cuisine. A very warm welcome, and we appreciated the chef making the rounds of the tables. We will gladly return.

This somewhat hidden little restaurant is truly a wonderful discovery. The menu is extensive enough to ensure a good choice. The service is very friendly and the cuisine is traditional and no-nonsense. Simply very tasty and good food is served, served and presented in a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended, TOP.

21/08/2026: By far the best ice cream shop in Cluny (maybe even in the whole of Saône-et-Loire!). There's a wide selection of sorbets, ideal for people who can't consume milk (I highly recommend the chocolate sorbet!). As for drinks, they're varied and offer a nice change from the usual fare. The owner is a real ray of sunshine.
17/08/2026: The ice cream is excellent, the terrace very pleasant... what makes it lose the 5th star is the 20-minute wait for one waffle...
