While visiting Paris, we were looking for a place to eat with our children. The restaurant was full, but we were still warmly welcomed with smiles, and we only waited 5 minutes for a table. The service was quick, the food was delicious, and the staff very pleasant. We had a wonderful time. Thank you to the team!

I had a very pleasant evening at La Halte. The staff gave me a friendly welcome even though I was alone, which can sometimes be a problem. Not here. The staff were also friendly, which is always a good sign. The atmosphere is truly bistro, without any overtly accentuated ambiance. There were no other tourists, which always makes me very happy. My veggie burger and the desserts were delicious and affordable. I enjoyed a delicious glass of Bourgogne Aligoté with it. In short, a lovely evening.

If I could have given more stars I would have! Very good food (a hearty breakfast for a reasonable price), wonderful atmosphere (good music but not noisy) and the service was more than great, a special thank you to Frantz, don't change a thing.

Great restaurant! We ate Burger d’Aubrac au Cantal and Bavette d’Aloyau. They were great and the meat was very well cooked. The employees were very kind. Also the desserts were delicious

01/04/2026: I ended up visiting this place while looking for a restaurant near my accommodation. Since it is frequented by locals, the service for foreigners was a bit awkward, but I was touched by how well they explained the menu in broken English and constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. Also, the chef takes great pride in Italian cuisine and even came out to explain the dishes himself, making for a very pleasant dining experience. The pizza was delicious, the spaghetti was incredibly tasty—just as good as the ones I eat in Italy—and the beer was fantastic. The best restaurant!!
