Very pleasant outdoor setting, a very beautiful sunny terrace with a lovely view. Inside the fireplace was lit which created a soft atmosphere. I had the chance that day to appreciate both settings because I had lunch and dinner there.

Very good evening, the dishes were simple and well prepared. The place is warm and the welcome pleasant. The only downside was the table which was set up alone in the middle of an empty space between the bar and the room. Giving a slight impression of being added in addition to the organization of the table plan. That didn't stop us from enjoying it and having a good time.

L'Ermitage Hotel Cuisine a manger

01/04/2024: We were at the hotel this winter, we found that the heat of the water was borderline cold, unfortunately it was absolutely not pleasant to take a cold shower after having traveled several hours. We also went to the restaurant, it is very good and I would like to note that we have an incredible view of Lyon but unfortunately I find that this restaurant is expensive and that we have little choice on the menu.
31/03/2024: Professional seminar organized in St Cyr Mont d’Or (Ermitage et Lanternes), top team who were able to listen and be responsive from the start of the organization until the day of the event A professional, smiling, competent team (thanks to Claudia and Feriel for their support and to their entire team) A restaurant with a superb setting and a menu that delighted our taste buds An exceptional setting A meeting room with character I highly recommend +++ Thank you again to the entire team for making our professional seminar an unforgettable event.
