We were excited to come and enjoy a truffade as a group of four after the VVX (Valais Vaudois wine festival), but we were disappointed.
The bottom of the pan was burnt, the cheese wasn't the same as the one we had at another restaurant, and two slices of cured ham were expensive. It's probably made with different cheeses. 😩😩😩
The value for money wasn't there.
However, the view was magnificent!!

Excellent find. Set menu from €36. And a concise menu, a sign of quality. Truffade, frogs' legs, etc… All the desserts are homemade and truly beautiful and delicious. The setting, both indoors and outdoors, offers superb views.
A small play area for children is very useful while waiting for your meal 😉

Magnificent view! Delicious and generous portions! Attentive and friendly waiters with a great sense of humor and quick responses, and the icing on the cake: a fantastic children's play area! We had a wonderful time and will gladly return!

An unplanned getaway.
We had an aperitif with a charcuterie board because it wasn't yet time for lunch, but we were quite full afterward.
The value for money is excellent, given the delicious, ultra-local products.
The staff was very pleasant.
We'll be back with the children, and perhaps we'll visit the museum.
